The Most Nurtured hosts Community Breathes Yoga series are instructed by and exclusively for Black women.
It is a LGBTQ+ and trans-inclusive, anti-oppressive, and anti-colonial space.
The upcoming series is every Wednesday of May 2019 at a new location - KULA YOGA STUDIO (304 Brunswick Avenue) in the Annex near Spadina station. Parking available on Bloor street.
Pay in-person day of ($10 per session, cash only). Admission price covers the cost of renting the yoga studio and paying yoga instructors. Limited 15 spots so come early!
This series instructed by Erin Mensch is focused on body awareness. Open to all levels (beginner to advanced), you are welcome to attend individual classes or the full series. In this 5 class yoga series, you will explore your body from the group up with each class focusing primarily on a specific body area.

Week 2 (May 8th, 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm): Hips
Week 3 (May 15th, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm): Core
Week 4 (May 22nd, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm): Back
Week 5 (May 29th, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm): Shoulders and Neck
